Semi-automatic log slitter for small rolls

This machine is a cost-effective solution for cutting several types of rolls.

The machine can work with rolls of foam (PVC and polyurethane), laminates with or without adhesives, rubber, plastic films, materials for thermal and acoustic insulation of buildings, glass and carbon fibers, roofing materials, and more…

Loading is possible from the side thanks to the cantilevered shaft. Once loaded, a support arm is used to hold the shaft on both sides.

Once the roll is loaded onto the bar, a double lock is provided on the cardboard core and on the outer surface of the roll.

Maximum operator safety during the working cycle: the blade is completely protected and can only cut by maintaining pressure with both hands.

The machine is controlled by push-button / potentiometers. The machine is semi-automatic, with pneumatic positioning of the blade carriage, semi-automatic blade sharpening, blade lubrification, roll winding device, etc.
