Automatic stacking module

CNM Process has developed two automated stacking systems:

Stacking parts vertically on a trestle maximizes the use of available space, which is particularly beneficial in tight spaces or workshops.

The trestle stacking solution also makes it possible to program a specified number of parts to be stacked, which significantly improves productivity and reduces human-related downtime.

A second conveyor system saves valuable time by reducing the need for constant manual intervention. The conveyor system can be programmed to stack a specified number of pieces evenly and consistently, significantly improving overall productivity and reducing downtime associated with manual stacking.
